Custom Venue, Generic, and Vacation Rental load suggestion

I want to suggest that instead of the entire 'buy mode' catalog loading, when players enter into these lot types, the default is changed to 'build mode'.

The load time affects outfit assignments to specific custom roles, for custom venues.  Upon exiting CAS, the game loads back up the entirety of the player's buy catalog.

Also, if there are specific sims that the player wants to be assigned to each custom role, the player has to exit, find a sim to go to the custom venue, and await the buy catalog to load all over again. It is tedious and unreasonable.
