Decorating worlds
Could we have a way to decorate the neighbourhoods, like adding new items to the world (outside of the lots)? I think this would be great to add more depthness to some worlds and even more charm and interactivity.

Yes, please. I would love to be able to edit the worlds, and also rename them if I'm playing a themed game.
I want full Create-a-World for TS4 more than anything else, but even just having some tools to customize existing worlds would make this a whole new game for me.
Me too. I've made this suggestion just in case the team couldn't give us a Create a World tool.
I know twistedmexi is developing a huge mod to do this but I dont like feeling like I'm cheating, the only mods I use are mccc and ui cheats just for ease. But an official creat a world feature would be great because you can customise the world to the vibe you need. Especially in the decades challenge this will help.
But can this not be tied through gameplay like eco lifestyle but easily accessible through buid mode or mage worlds and the game will completely change for the better.
