I think one of the things I would like for many of the careers including Doctors is having titles added to names for example.
- John Watson - Dr. John Watson (Doctor)
- George Patton - General George Patton (Military)
- Sherlock Holmes - Det. Sherlock Holmes (Detective)
- George Vest - George Vest esq. (Law)
- Anthony Bourdain - Chef Anthony Bourdain (Culinary)
