[EbN] Sim Sleep/Toilet Preference Selection

Like "Utensil Preference" we need Sleep and Toilet Preferences for Sims if you have EbN. Have defaults normal of course, but the option to choose "Sleep on Ground" (if no bed/couch) or "Always Sleep Outside", and "Use Privy Bush" (if no toilet) or "Always Use Privy Bush"—should be options.
