Honestly, my suggestion (just to make things simple) would just be to have Arnessa Thebe, Hector Laurent, Greta Laurent, and Jace Laurent be members of the Thebe dynasty from the get-go. No need to change dynasty joining eligibility — they should just be part of it.
Maybe there is some drama involving Hector, after all, he shed the Thebe family name and took his wife's name (at least it appears this way at first glance, maybe he changed his name prior to marriage?), so maybe he was excluded from the dynasty for some reason?
