I would like that too however I think it's hoes the bed is made especially in previous toddlers couldn't sleep in beds so they made toddler beds. 

What I would like is toddler taking a nap on parents lap like infants do, or rocking infants and toddlers to sleep before putting them to bed in the rocking chair. 

Also when toddlers nap it is so weird I would like a small pillow or blanket on the couch or something I get a sleeping bag but it's like that animation bugs the heck out of me.
