Free Build Mode - Blocking Household Inventory

   Over multiple occasions I have been having this issue when playing, I have previously brushed it off, however with the new pack having been released I am currently exploring the gameplay. 

   This issue is hindering my experience while playing as I can't get any of the items that my sim has unlocked while using the Natural Living skill, as while as once she leveled up in the apothecary skill, and was given a free apothecary, which I could not access due to the bug blocking the use of the household inventory while in "Free Build Mode", which I have not used since starting the game today.

   I have gone through the usual steps, cleared the cache, repaired the game, and restarted. All of which resulted in no change to the problem. I truly wish to play the sims while having fun, much to my dismay, this bug is causing me to stray further away from playing Live Mode.

   I am also going to provide pictures below to show that I have even tried to disable the command, which had in turn, notified that it was activated again.

   I wish you luck in replicating it, as well as figuring out how to fix the problem. I hope that the false "Free Build Mode" activation can be fixed soon, to allow me to continue to invest my time in the game.
