Hear me out: “Sims 4 Adaptive Reuse”

This pack will include a world filled with abandoned structures, such as schools, hospitals, fire houses, etc that will challenge simmers to repurpose. Either you create a future family home or turn it into a profitable business. The world is your oyster. The pack will include both the worn down, tarnished versions of the build parts along with the revamped and renewed build parts to keep the same appearance. You can call in contractors to help if your Sim isn’t the handiest. There will be several lot challenges to battle, but the ability to overcome them depends on your dedication and determination. Turn your once used lot into something special!
