Grim Reapers Hands Changed?

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All DLC.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just look at grim reapers hands
What happens when the bug occurs? His Hands change depending on actions and they look different from previous patch
What do you expect to see? When looking from side the hands look like he has skeleton gloves on, when in animation its bones, before the patch they were more skin on the hands
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? None this is console

They look fine when its in animation but on the side they look horrible and there was no mention of this change in the notes.
