Hear me out.. Werewolf puppies

Ok I’ve never done one of these before but I was recently watching a review on the fairies pack and someone mentioned how it’s sad that kids and toddlers and stuff only get fake wings while the adults get real ones. And then I thought of how much an occult infant-teen revamp would make every occult soooo much better!

like how mermaid sims under teen age don’t get tails or any of the powers really. Or Spellcasters can’t use any of their powers until they’re teens. And like sure vampires get like physical features of vampires as babies, they still don’t get any of the powers until they’re teens. I just feel like it’s such a missed opportunity when aliens have the alien form and the voice change from birth. However, they also don’t have any power until teenage but aliens in general need a revamp.

but I just think that apart of occult life should include generations. Ya know, teaching your kids and toddlers what it means to be what they are, correcting their behavior when they use their powers for bad reasons. Like imagine your mermaid sim teaching his toddler son how to swim for the first time and having to use like little arm floaties as he learns to use his tail, the dad getting playfully splashed in the face or having to peel his scared son from his body repeatedly. Or the same sim not having touched water until he became an adult and has to learn how to swim by himself, but then gets help from the island living dolphins and stuff.

like tell me you’re seeing the vision.

little itty bitty werewolf infant and toddlers puppies!!! Like maybe your infant can’t reach her werewolf stage until she learns to crawl but can achieve it faster if there’s a toddler or child werewolf around that can guide her. I can see that they tried with the “teach to howl” but it doesn’t really do anything outside of look cute for a couple seconds. Now if the child or toddler had the werewolf experience bar thingy, that and other interactions similar could work as EXP.

And what if a werewolf or vampire had a rebellious phase where they decided to openly dress and act like each other?! That would be so interesting and go along with the phases that children and teens already have. And the parents could either dissuade or encourage them to behave and befriend who they wanted.

Now, I haven’t seen a whole lot about the fairies pack because I’m still in the middle of the review I’m watching, but firstly, not having a single bed upon release to make a dreamy fairy themed child bedroom was such a miss. Secondly, imagine being able to teach your kids how to fly.

And like I know all of this is possible because of the newish pack about generations. I forget what it’s called but you can teach kids how to ride a bike, and it actually works to teach them to ride a bicycle so they can do it on their own because they don’t know how until they are taught or teach themselves. Now sure, if they don’t learn as a child, they’ll automatically be able to as a teen. But.. what if they couldn’t? What if they still had to take time to learn those skills?

I just feel like touches like this can really escalate the gameplay experience and make people more excited to actually play with their sims.

Just tell me you see the vision.
