Home renovation stuff pack

So, after the release of the restoration kit, I started thinking, what if there was a home renovation pack? This pack would allow sims to perform renovations to lots in live mode and apply the changes in real time. Typically, these changes would have to be applied in build mode.

Here is how it would work.

1. Sims can use a paint bucket object to paint walls and change the wall color in live mode. Additional options for wallpaper and tile renovations.
2. Sims can use a carpet roll object to apply carpet to floors and change the floor style in live mode. Additional options for wood, tile, and linoleum renovations.
3. Sims can use masonry kits to build firepits (fireplace), barbeque pits (grills), and brick ovens (home chef pizza oven). All appliances will be functional.
4.  Sims can use a glass making station to install stained glass windows in live mode. Additional options to repair broken windows and install security bars. Windows can become broken via various gameplay interactions.
5. Sims can use a carpentry kit to craft and repair household furnishings such as wood cabinets, counters, hutches, dining tables, and chairs. All items will be functional.
6. Sims can scavenge items from a junk yard and complete DIY projects to craft various functional objects. The following items can be created: tire swings from junk cars and rope (must be attached to a tree), toddler slides from PVC pipes and step ladders, bird feeders (backyard stuff) and bird houses (cottage living flock of birds) from reclaimed wood, milk cartons, and drink bottles, and pirate ship jungle gyms from ship wreckage.
