[IL] Crystal Clear floor item not working as anticipated over ponds

The Crystal Clear floor item should work over ponds as it works over ocean on Sulani lots to be able to see the water beneath. I don't think this is a bug, but it should work so you can see water underneath with ponds.

    LyxaOmaris​  I've moved your post to the bug forum since it looks like a bug, not intentional.  To be thorough, could you please add a few details?

    • Does this happen with no mods or custom content?
    • What platform are you playing on: Windows, macOS, Playstation, XBox?
    • Does this happen in multiple saves on multiple lots?


    Feel free to add any more tags you find relevant as well.

    Happens without mods or CC on all saves. Have tested on a few lots and seems to be universal. Playing Deluxe Version on PC,
