No. I REFUSE to purchase "Moola." If the packs requires that instead of real world currency it means I will not purchase anything whatsoever. I refuse to buy kits for this alone, so if it was also done to stuff, game, amd expansion packs, that would mean I wouldn't purchase the dlc anymore.
