I love the Lactose-Intolerant trait, and the possibility to make lactose-free batter with the mixer. However, having only a gourmet dairy-free cheesecake as a cake option is kindof annoying. Especially on birthdays and such...

I like my fruits and veggies but I draw the line at vegan style substitutes. Just give me a plain old fashioned apple cake instead of this vegan cheesecake that has no cheese in it. 😁
