Life and Death Notifications are Too Long

Hello, 

Life and Death Notifications for the festivals are too long. Most festival notifications in the past have been about 10-20 characters in length, and definitely less than a paragraph. They don't obstruct the gameplay screen. 

Life and Death's festival notifications are three paragraphs long. It is extremely disruptive to gameplay.  

While I understand that changing the festival notification system is probably not an easy fix, I think shortening the Life and Death Expansion Pack festival notifications (it includes the time???) would be an easy and helpful fix.
