If I want to create a shabby, run down diner with cheap food and paint peeling off the walls... I can do that, but then I'll have Judith Ward and Victor Feng visiting which is pretty immersion-breaki...

@BriteRedScream And if you're in the "wrong" sort of lot - rich or famous on a shabby lot or poor and unknown on a fancy lot - you could have a chance at getting an uncomfortable "fish out of water" moodlet. But an adventurous sim's version of the "fish out of water" moodlet would be energized!
