Mirror mode for body paint (werewolves, tattoos, ECT.)

I love the body paint features, but im PLEADING can we please have a mirror mode for all of them? Not that im not grateful that we have one for pet painting but is there a reason that we dont have one for werewolves and tattoos? is it a programing issue?
