More consistency please!

I like most simmers was over the moon when the feature to place flooring on ceilings came out, but unfortunately it doesn’t work on everything for some reason. 

I’m not sure what to even call this part, the foundation’s ceiling? I get why this was overlooked, most foundation’s you’d never see it, but it’s kind of jarring on this build, especially when i’m trying to get pictures of my sims in the water. Another simpler thing, whatever you call the underside of the roof, even when painting the roof’s ceiling it’s stuck the default color. 

Obviously this is a minor issue but I was hoping that the sims team could implement it someday, if not the full flooring catalog, at least a few more swatches to choose from other than blinding white?
