More items for the wood working skill
The skill just feels a little bare to me. Especially when you consider how many things you can make with wood working in real life. It would be so cool if we could carve wooden toys for toddlers/kid...

I'd love to see more woodwork options too. I actually prefer the Sad/Angry/Playful wooden carvings to add more variety but you can't choose which ones the Sim will make, they are random. I tend to copy a load of them and sell them in retail stores. A lot of my Sims make the decor for their own homes or have stores. I was so glad to see the Pottery skill to add some more things for my Sims to craft.
Glad to see i’m not the only one. I was so excited for the wood working skill and then once I completed it and collected everything I was like that’s it? The emotion based sculptures are probably my favourites to since at least they have some variety even if it is frustrating we can’t control which one they make.
I’m so glad the added the pottery skill it feels like it’s variety is better and like you I love decorating my sims houses with craft items whenever possible, my legacy save is especially full of paintings and other craft items, makes their houses feel more homey to me.
