more lot sizes

Yeah, when I tried to build my High School, I had to leave off the sports fields (fortunately there's already one next to the High School lot, even if it's uneditable) most of the gym building, the theaters (yes, plural) one of the Cafeterias and the Field House.  And mine was effectively a city high school (well, suburbs, but very urban suburbs, not sprawling blue suburban suburbs)  Though in play, there's no advantage and kinda more play problems if you build a big fully featured high school.  Mostly kids getting to class on time.  

That said, in theory they could, but a 64x64 lot is already a lot of work to build on outside of edge cases such as a School or farms.
