More unique pets
I think they should make an expansion pack with more unique pets, and make them more interactive animals such as hamsters, bunnies, ferrets and maybe even tarantulas, turtles, lizards and snakes. Just add in a bunch of cool pets. They could even make it so that you could play as the pet that would be interesting too. There's a whole bunch of animals out there that they could definitely use in the games that would make it even more interesting. I mean dogs and cats are cool, but they're missing out on a big ticket there where they could definitely do bunch whole more!!! They could even make a bunch more wild animals too if they wanted to like deer, reindeer, raccoons, bears etc. and then they could even make a new job is like a zookeeper or something.
