My sims 4 freezes when going online.

So recently i’ve discovered I can’t even launch sims on my ps5 with my wifi connected. Figured that’s fine i’ll turn it off to open it and turn it on once i'm loaded in. However I just tried to open the gallery and it froze again…My game doesn’t need an update, Isn’t too full and i cant have mods to have an issue like that so idk what to do really. Rather annoying.
