She's getting tired. What do you expect to see? Doctors aren't supposed to do everything. The nurse should be the one admitting the patients or something. At least the orderly is often times useful though, but still mostly useless. Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? @bae281995 We've asked about this for quite some time as it verges on unplayable.It is by design but I hope it's adjusted at some point because it's really bad. I pause the game on arriving to use live grab to pick up all the trash myself, as a nurse/doctor wouldn't do that. I extend the work day and I admit as many patients as the beds will take. I try and watch a few at a time for visible symptoms and I don't take up too much time with the analyzer or logging things on the computer. I set the Reward traits to help my Sims career, Connections, Entrepreneurial, Professional Slacker and it really needs the Carefree Trait too IMO. So if you haven't tried those, I find they help.I just got my Sim to GP yesterday and I'm leaving her there because the next requirement is surgery and I just find there isn't the time to do that as the hospital gets too busy. She's still being told she's failing as patients storm out.If you've ever had a problem with a health service IRL like I have, it's not one that sits well with you.

@gooochyeee I see plenty of employees around but they do nothing except for hovering around the analyzer and standing in front of my Sim so she can't get past. The reception chair is often empty.There isn't enough time in the working day for one Sim to do it all. The reception area fills up and the beds do to, plus housecalls are added further up the ranks too. It ends up being impossible and totally unrealistic.

@Sketch793 That is what I thought too until I tried it. It takes every test (and sometimes more than once) on a patient to get a decent chance of a diagnosis, which means the ones waiting to be seen leave before I get to them, which also lowers performance. And forget house calls, they take up WAY too much time for one patient, lol.Some tricks I've found helpful:1. a good vampire can move faster than anyone else (prob werewolf also) and they won't be tempted by any vending machine or fridge.2. Focus music (speaker in the build or just bring a boombox along, or use the earbuds) can help your doctor stay on task.3. Read earlier post from @simsplayer818 for more ideas4. Cheat needs if necessary/desired5. Watch for patients acting similarly or learn the disease patterns on the skin, they will likely be the same for a sim with the same illnessI'll try to think of more, but yes, this is ridiculous. Also, some of the NPC roles are my other sims in the same career, so I KNOW they have some skills to do more in the background, lol.

The doctor career works a bit differently from the other careers with Get to Work- you'll only see other doctors at level 1 of the career. After you've leveled up in the career, you'll be the only doctor on the lot, the other employees you see are nurses and will only chat with the patients but will not tend to their needs. You'll need to treat and care for all the patients yourself and make sure you're managing your time well enough so none of them get frustrated and leave.
Are you not seeing any other employees at all on the lot, like any nurses?"

It's been a long time since I played a doctor but I'm sure I never tried to treat everyone. Choose one patient and concentrate on that patient unless there's an emergency. After you cure the first patient, move on to another. That way, you'll have time to actually get some cures and earn a good performance.

I just wanted to suggest a fix on “Get To Work”
it is all perfect!, except for the hospital career, can you all fix the nurses and doctors and staff to actually do something and work! My sim does all the work. When you’re a veterinary or a cook or retail store person every staff helps! But why in the hospital one, does nobody help? Please fix this thank you

@Jujush4rp If you are able to use mods then check Better_HospitalStaff by simvasion. I use it in my game and it helps with a lot of the background tasks.

I’m a mod freak! lol I have it but they only bring them food lol you still have to like actually work work. The nurses go up to them and all but they don’t actually go and do tests and send them on their way. Maybe they should let us own a hospital and manage employees cause I’d fire their a$$ lol
