New Windenburg?

A lot of us love Windenburg because of the great number of lots in it. Although as you know, Windenburg has a lot of visual flaws such as floating statues, plants placed far above the ground etc. 

Would it be too much to ask that you dedicate someone to tidy up Windenburg and then release a new version as New Windenburg? I wish for this and I think many others would like this too. If you do, please make all the New Windenburg lots editable so we can use Island Bluffs, Chalet Gardens and Ancient Ruins also as residential lots.
