Option to disable Holidays animation at 6am

So I'm playing on laptop mode, and everytime there's a holiday with goals at 6am, the time and game will freeze quite a bit to generate the holiday indicator. I just think that maybe we could have a simplified version to reduce game lag. It's a minor issue though, but it'd be nice to have.
