Option to toggle off ghosts in cemeteries in Life & Death

As many others, I am overjoyed to finally have a proper cemetery lot in The Sims 4. My only issue is that marking lots as official cemeteries makes ghosts appear every single time my sims visit the graveyard.

I love supernatural stuff in The Sims games, but in this case I wanted to make a realistic cemetery and thought that, maybe the ghosts was just a Ravenwood thing, so making one outside Ravenwood would keep the ghosts from spawning. But nope, they still spawn.

I guess my only option for the moment is to remove the official cemetery lot and just make it a basic lot. But that also removes visiting sims tending to graves etc. Which is sad.

I would also love to be able to toggle off ghosts generating in Ravenwood. Mostly because the game is already overbloated by auto generated sims and now we get new ghosts every time we explore Ravenwood.
