Private investigator - career/pack

Hi! I have been thinking for a while about how I would love to have private investigator as a career option. I know there is the detective career but I was thinking that it may be more fun to have it as a 'small business' option or even just freelance. I believe this may have been an option in Sims 3? There is the option for paranormal investigators so it would be cool to expand on that!
