Sims 4 was orginally designed as a multiplayer game. And in a multiplayer game you don't need to invest money into deep simulation. Since Sims 4 is the recycled corpse of this multiplayer game, the necessary mechanics for deep social simulation and autonomous behaviour aren't either there in the first place or disabled by default. Also the necessary everyday animations for deep social simulation are currently not there. So you need to ask for a fix of the cause and not the band aid.
