Quality of life update for skill display.

I feel like there's a lot of wasted space on the skill screen, and with all expansions there's really a lot of skills to see. 

What I propose is limiting skills to their icon, have the number of the skill level under the icon, and a circle around the icon displaying the progress. When you hover your mouse over it, it will tell you the name of the skill and additional info. 

Some skills could also be grouped together, always appearing in the same row, or two rows if there are that many. Like all music skills. Would be good preparation or maybe part of a pack or update that adds more instruments. 

As it is, I don't really like my sims briefly doing anything that just adds another skill to the long list because they get a point in it but I know they will never use it again. Would just be nice to see the menu cleaned up a bit. I would welcome further clean up of the UI too in other tabs since it has gotten a bit messy with pretty much each expansion adding another segment to a tab there.
