Rebirthed Sims should Inherit parent's inheritable traits.

Doing some experimentation with Rebirthed sims. Noticed they don't inherit the traits that are Inheritable their parents have. Of course one could always cheat them in but not ideal. Effectivly through normal gameplay its impossible for rebirthed sims to gain any inheritable traits. Including the new dynasty inheritable affinities. Which is what made me realize this issue to begin with. Some method to change would be ideal. Otherwise cheats are currently the only way to get inheritable traits on a rebirthed sim. Also should add no using the peer into soul interaction if the rebirthed sim has the Burning Soul trait will not give any inheritable traits the sim may have had previously.
