in sims4 you should tell EA games to make it so that cats can be interested in dogs
@AmmonOriginZ if you want them to interact just select "Be nice to" in the interaction menu on a cat or dog. They do also play together sometimes, but the "Be nice to" interaction will improve their relationship. Occasionally they will rub noses too and the Sim will get a happy moodlet from seeing the adorable moment.
