The game will crash your computer just after giving a solid colored screen (all different colors.) It does it only a few minutes of play before crashing my desktop computer (I specifically purchased this computer for playing Sims 4.) It has nothing to do with my graphics card as my card is solid and easily can manage the game. It has nothing to do with dust/over heating either, as it will happen directly after cleaning/booting the computer.
Customer Support is non-existent. They will ignore everyone equally (so I guess they do have that going for them). You try and get some kind of resolve for the game constantly crashing, and there is no response.
They have loyal fans for decades now, and all they can do is ignore them.
I will add the one and only time that the game will stably work, is when there is an event taking place. So I know they can make the game more stable IF they wanted to. Problem is the game will crash again once the event's tasks are reached for that week.
They have taken loyalty to "The Sims" franchise, and **** all over it. I'm about 5 seconds from never playing this game, or any EA games ever again.
