Rework the Goofball trait to prefer "funny" interactions

We don't seem to really have a proper "funny" trait since "Goofball" seems to heavily prioritize mischief instead. Kind of a massive empty niche, IMO. Now that we have some really good candidates for...

Agreed that at least in my mind, Goofball as a trait implies humor more than mischief. This trait seems like it would be better suited to funny interactions, and if it's not possible to change the existing trait, perhaps a new one (Comedian? etc.) could be created to serve this purpose.
