[RL] [FR] Tomarang Twist does not appear as encouraged activity for Dynasty

Sul sul dee kah,

I play a Dynasty with Dance skill and Jolly ideal and found there's no encouraged activity icon (green plus shield) on Tomarang Twist interaction from Sim with Child of a Village trait with any speaker object. I have no idea if it counts as an encouraged activity in backend but I guess not. So please make sure including this.
