Sentiments really don't make sense half of the time

Had a cringe Sim spout memes and it failed, resulting in his sister getting the FESTERING GRUDGE + HURT sentiments...... like why? I can understand the relationship (---) hit to it, but these sentiments are little over the top. Not to mention that Spout Memes is an autonomous interaction that I can't watch 24/7 to cancel it in time. Is the sister (and everyone else) going to get those sentiments everytime a Cringe Sim fails the Spout Memes check?

There are other instances where these sentiments don't make sense either, and that's leaving out the fact that most of the times it's bugged.

Sorry, just need to vent this. I wish this feature can be turned on and off like Wants & Fears.
