Separate Tenant and Landlord Events (For Rent)
This is a long shot and very unlikely to happen, but I'm sure everyone's noticed...Tenant and Landlord events are the same event. The Tenant version of a garbage bomb is the landlord version, too. The tenant version of a leak is the landlord version, too. Each event has two goals, only one is required to complete the event, and one goal is for landlords and one is for tenants.
It's a small thing but this just feels really sloppy. Surely hiding one goal depending on who's experiencing the event isn't hard? I haven't looked into it but I would not be surprised if I could slap a mod together to do that.
It really, truly breaks the verisimilitude of "oh no! A sudden event happened! Figure out how to handle it!" when the options you are given are "Handle it as a tenant" and "Handle it as a landlord"...when you're only playing as one of those things.
I wouldn't call it lazy but it sure feels cost-cutting and it's just clunky and really contributes quite a bit to For Rent feeling underbaked.
