Simple sorting fix BB and CAS

 I feel like we need to be able to “hide cc” or for the “purchased” button to include base game items in BB and CAS. 
Sometimes I want CC and sometimes I don’t want to see it, but I want base game items to still show up. “Purchased” not including the base game items never sits right with me.

    YES! I love these feature of Better BuildBuy, and I miss it everytime I'm in CAS. Whenever I make a sim or build that I want to put on the gallery I want it to be CC-free. I also prefer CC-free NPCs, so that my played sims are the only ones who use CC.
