I love playing in single player but also have downloaded so many mods and clicked so many random links to try and play Sims with my friends as a multiplayer game and its absolutely impossible. It would be nice if they kept the game as it is but instead gave an option to build a household with a friend because a lot of people want to play the Sims as a multiplayer game (while it is fun as a single player game). However being able to play with friends would make it so much more fun, and I feel would also bring back the hype for the Sims too, since most people had expected there to be a Sims 5.
