Sims Features Ideas

I've been playing multiple different types of Sims games for a very long time, in Sims 4 though it is much more advanced and diverse. I have a few customizable ideas to make characters a little more human for consoles and devices who can't really access all of those mods to customize their character the way they want.

The first idea I had was different colored eyelashes/eyebrows and streaks in the hair (for all types of hair). I have a condition where one set of eyelashes, my eyebrow, and a few streaks of my hair are blonde while I am a brunette. Whenever I make myself in Sims, it feels like it is incomplete, but I thought I would try and make it part of the game.

Birthmarks. I know there already are birthmarks but there are a lot of different types. Also dark patches or vitiligo would be an amazing feature.

Heterochromia, there are kind of a small selection of eye colors and I think eyes like sectoral, central, and total heterochromia would be a much appreciated feature by those who don't have one color!
