I wish I could trade in packs I no longer want...

I think it would be ag good idea to be able to trade in expansion packs that you don’t use for another or maybe get a bigger discount on another expansion pack. I think a lot of players would be interested in this idea.🤗

astr6498​ I can see the appeal in something like this, a big stumbling block though is that packs are sold for different platforms by different manufacturers. It's not all bought from EA. Xbox and PlayStation content is bought directly from those manufacturers. It's why we often see sales at different times and why PC players can choose bundles but console players can't. So I'm not sure all of the involved parties could agree on such a scheme or facilitate it. 

Personally, I think I would get rid of ecolifestyle and high school years and maybe even for rent just because I didn't end up using their gameplay much and I have only really been playing with occults/fantasy so the CAS and build don't match my style either. I actually like a lot of the game packs and would probably only remove dream home decorator for the same reasons above.

Now the stuff packs... there would be more culling. I bought these back in the day where I wanted to buy everything and wasn't tailoring anything to my personal style... Would remove luxury, patio, cool kitchen, backyard, bowling, fitness and moschino. There was some kits too I got that didn't end up matching my style like I thought they would, industrial loft, blooming rooms and decor to the max. I think that brings me to the end of my poor decisions before I started really being selective on my purchases... Would love to get moola and clean up my sims game, maybe make room for a few creator packs and kits 😅

I just want some packs permanently removed from my game to be honest and shown as not purchased again. Kind of just greed that I want something in exchange lol, since I've given so much money to EA over the years.

I kind of understand what you are asking for but also, it kind of falls upon you when you purchased the pack. There's a big reason why people should watch early access/reviews of packs first before buying the packs. You have to remember that 95% of digital purchases for The Sims 4 are non refundable and you agree to this when you purchase the product. It's not exactly EA's fault that you purchased the pack and then decided weeks/months down the line you don't use it much. 😅

For sure, just wanted to bring it up since they opened the door with their official disabling packs in game. I’m really hesitant now buying packs and probably will never use this Moola system unless something like this is implemented. My FOMO has greatly decreased these past few years with maturity haha
