Spring Sale Discounts on EA Store but none for Steam?

EA is having a massive Spring Sale on Steam with prices up to 90% off. They even list The Sims as one of their primary franchises, but when you click it, there's nothing on sale. Even on the EA store...

Yeah I also have the same question, is strange that in the EA app there is a discount but not in steam. Maybe they are waiting for the city builders sale that comes next?
