Stop Locking Plants Behind Debug

I like the debug items too. I wish they would have proper names, at least basic names. But you are not wrong—I think we are in desperate need of new plants in the official "landscape mode." Besides a very few from some packs (a few new plants, mostly trees, and some shrubs), we didn't get much. 🤨
There's literally 6x as many debug plants as there are non-debug plants, which is so crazy. And literally the only thing they're lacking is multiple swatches (for most plants who even cares?) and names/descriptions! It's not like they're even lower quality!
Many of those debug plants are just duplicates of plants already in the BB catalogue. I don't really care for those. But there are plants that are unique looking and are only available as debug and I wish they would stop doing this.
A lot of the more unique debug plants are connected to different Packs and EPs in the game.
You can find them when you click on a certain pack or EP in build mod.
