Like seriously.
I've stopped playing because of this... Didn't bought the last last pack either.
The game is unplayable as it is. Kills any enjoyment from it.
And side question : is there an actual support mail, rather than chat.

@EowynCarterI'm playing, but less than I used to and although these recent bug fixes are a good gesture, it doesn't make up for the fact that we are asking to be treated as valued customers, not numbered ATMs.
I read the reddit thread but it is now locked so I couldn't add any thoughts to it. At the least, the history is there so maybe EA will read it anyway?
