This pack would allow us to play as an active performer in existent lots like bars, museums, lounges, etc. adding stage and objects that we'd use to learn skills and make presentations.

The Sims Freeplay Cabaret Curtain Call; The Sims Flamingogo Dancer and Chip/Bunny the Dancer; The Sims 4 Malpractrice household and Lovestruck's dance and outfits.
They need to add a ticket type machine for such on stage shows. I have both an entertainer/comedian and a musician and it drives me nuts when they all gather around them to give them tips instead of just watching the show.
I like this idea, but would suggest extending it a bit further to also include acrobatic circus acts, such as what you see in Cirque du Soleil. This could combine costumes, new animations, new Fitness skill objects, objects and decorations that would work for a variety of performance spaces including theatres and clubs, and performances that would fit various uses. I could imagine this would also overlap with the singing and musical instrument skills. I'd like to see something where you could have a Cirque-style show (probably would be limited to just one or two Sims at a time, though), as well as something like the movie Cabaret where you could have a song and dance performance on a stage.
