Suggestion: Adding back the Tab System from Sims 3 + more

The main want i have right now is to bring back the build/buy mode tab system from Sims 3

While we dont need it for Buy Mode i would love to have it in Build mode.

• Some tab sections i'd like are
  • Doors, Arches, Sliding Doors, Pet Doors
• and Windows, and not just by wall hieght, we already have that, but rather by size
  • Smallest Windows (think the small "attic" windows), Small Height, Medium Hieght, Large Height and either broken or open windows (or even both)
