Suggestion: Divide Household -> Divide Belongings

I recently divided another household and ran into this issue again, so here it is as a suggestion.

When dividing a household, all the household belongings remain with one household, and the other household gets none of it. It would be nice if there were an (optional?) way for the departing Sim(s) to take some of the household belongings with them.

I've run into this when teens age up to young adults and move out on their own. I've also run into this when sibling (twin) roommates get married and one of the newlywed couples created a new household in a different home.

There are small items that the departing household member(s) can put in their own personal inventory, but that doesn't work for bigger items. And some items can be replaced in build mode (like the reward items received for various career milestones), but others (like rockets) can't because they have to be built and upgraded again at the new location.
