Suggestions for The Sims 4: For Rent – Elevators & Multiple Homeowners

Hello Simmers and EA Team, I have some feedback for The Sims 4: For Rent expansion pack:

1. Elevators for multi-floor apartments
The For Rent expansion pack currently doesn’t include functional elevators, which makes playing with multi-floor apartment buildings less enjoyable. My Sims need to walk up and down multiple floors, which slows down gameplay. I would love to see an official, fully functional elevator system
integrated into the game to make multi-story apartment living smoother and more realistic.

2. Multiple homeowners on the same lot
I built a duo house—two separate homes on a single lot—and wanted one family to own the right house and another family to own the left. Unfortunately, this isn’t possible at the moment. I can either rent the entire lot to each household or have one family own the lot and rent part of it to the second family. It would be amazing if we could have multiple households own different houses on the same lot, allowing for more creative living arrangements like townhouses or family compounds.
