Tattoos! So many tattoos!

With the updated tattoo categories, it would have been nice if the team had gone through and re-categorized the tattoos that are on the forearms as "lower arm" tattoos -- we have so many that are still part of the upper arm tattoos!

The upcoming pack will let us layer tattoos, but there's only one lower arm tattoo right now and tattoo arrangements are lacking. So a bit of a zhuj would have been a delight. Just thinking that maybe if we discuss it, the team might see it and consider doing it for us! Justice for forearm tattoos!

There are mods out there that already do this because modders always do the most, but at this point, it would be nice if it was officially done.
