The Life and Death Lipstick for Male Sims

Sul sul! I notice this certain lipstick makeup looks patchy and pixelated when put on male/masculine sims. Is it possible to have it fixed in the future? I wanted the style of the lipstick, and the closest I can get without the square corners around the lips is when I dial both the Opacity and Brightness all the way down.
