The Sims 4 Seasons update and Expansion Pack Idea

I'd love an update for seasons for a window seat where your sims can watch the rain or snow and gives them a relaxed moodlet. For all sims ages who can sit.
Plus a racing pack where you can race cars and motorbikes for money also where you're a mechanic where you repair cars and motorbikes, modify them and can work in a garage. I know cars might not happen but surely racing them at a track and garage themes where you're repair them, wear overalls, modify them plus a collectible where you collect license plates around the worlds can be made? Just a thought, EA.
